Paxil Opinions

quitting paxil by switching meds…

I quit taking Paxil by switching to Prozac, which has a longer half-life, and then coming off the Prozac. As a result, I didn’t have any withdrawal symptoms, whatsoever, and I’d been on 20 mg. of Paxil for over a year.

I’m a registered nurse and still can figure out what tapering is….1/2 tab for 1 month than 1/4 for 1 month?????or what. Need specifics for tapering. All I wanted to do was get through menopause.

Now I’m just trying to get through Paxil withdrawals!

by Cindy On Sat Feb 02 15:10:26 2008 (I don’t think there is an exact formula that everyone can or should follow. It depends upon the individual.

With Paxil, you could try shaving a little off each pill, or you could take the liquid form of Paxil, and gradually reduce the amount you consume. How quickly – or slowly – you reduce the amount will depend upon how you feel. The safest way is to go as slowly as possible. – Mark) Paxil Withdrawals I was on Paxil for 4 weeks only, some IGNORANT doctor (and greedy…they get major kickbacks for pushings those meds on us) put me on it after a death in my family.

Are Your Windows Getting Your Home Too Cold In The Winter?

14 March, 02:32, by josh Tags:

Does it depress you when you have to stay inside all the time? Do you worry receiving the electricity bill every month? Does your loved ones have to put on an additional layer of clothing to keep warm as you won’t turn up the warmth when the house gets cold? You have probably in no way assumed that your windows may be triggering the problem. Probably, you have not regarded that wasting energy is equivalent to buying something you will not need. To reduce this expense, you should explore alternative methods to save energy.

It’s difficult to assume a house without any windows. Are you able to picture the way it would be to reside in a home that was dark at all times? Having the ability to view the world from your windows does have a cost though. Windows are one of the largest creators of wasted energy. Windows are constantly being opened and shut, and developing leaks, which causes heat transfer. it is a large waste of your energy to spend to warm the outdoor winter air. The same thing in the summer, by letting cooler inside air leak outside also wastes energy. In both situations, money is being used out of your wallet.

Making your windows as leak proof as possible could save you up to forty percent on your energy bills. Also windows that do not leak are having issues. If your home is in a freezing climate, you find that when it is cold out, specifically if the wind is blowing, standing close to the window you can sense the cold air. With modern houses, and current regulations, windows with thicker glass are increasingly being used. But this is not going to help all of the families who are not acquiring brand new houses.

There may be one good strategy to the window problem, which is installing Energy Star windows. The government has become concerned with energy costs, hence they have come up with programs intended to save energy. Energy Star is a plan to get companies to build greater products. A merchandise that accompanies an Energy Star sticker has been created to save you money on your power bills. Since windows are a big energy problem, the government got involved, so now Energy Star windows can be purchased, and installed in your house.

If your heating costs are too high, and your house isn’t warm enough in the winter, look at your windows. When you can feel the cold air coming through your windows, it could be time for brand new ones. Just remember if you decide to replace your windows, whether someone else does the job or you do, find windows that have an Energy Star sticker. Learn more about Trellis.

Various Pastime Window Box Gardening Strategies

28 December, 06:19, by josh Tags:

Many American people are very fond of gardening in their leisure time. It’s a pastime that provides pleasure to not just the most avid of gardeners, but to all who participate in it. Like any activity, the difficult part is mastering the basics, after which it becomes easy. Here is some advice regarding the preparation of your garden so that it can provide enjoyment all year long.

You should first prepare some sort of plan regarding where the different plants will go. The best way is to first decide about the larger sized plants, and lastly to arrange where the rest should go. This issue of the various sizes of plants has to be considered in your planning. Figure out the fully grown dimensions of the plants you want in your garden. Give some thought to cultivating perennials if you are just getting started as a gardener, because they will reward you in many ways, the first of which is that once planted you will always have them, unlike annuals which die down every season. We know that you are enjoying all that is offered about Window box. Sure, we know this is just one article, but take it from us when we tell you there is so much more to know. But be careful about dismissing anything too fast if at first glance it seems like it does not apply to you. That can sometimes be a mistake because on closer observation you will often change your mind. There have been more than a few times when our own minds were a little closed to some ideas and suggestions, but we learned that is not necessarily the way to go. In the rest of our discussion, we will offer more information that will reinforce what you have already learned, and then you will be better equipped to understand. Try not to feel like you are going through information overload because, after all, this is stuff you can easily understand. Perennials in addition are less expensive than annuals while sustaining them is not as demanding. Select plants like hostas, black-eyed susans and daylilies in case you want to enjoy minimal upkeep.

The most affordable way to raise annuals is not to get plants but to grow them from seed yourself. This is why many people place seeds in their garden, but seeding them directly into garden soil is not the best way. The most productive method is to plant them in seed trays placed indoors and nurtured with sun and water. Because of this, as soon as they are ready for transplanting into the garden they should be stable and healthy. Make certain that the garden soil is dry when you move your annuals. Drier dirt encourages the most growth of annuals. Even so, as soon as they have been planted, the plants and flowers do need lots of water to be retained in the soil, which is achieved by mixing in organic material. If the soil is dry initially the plants take better, but once they start growing the roots want lots of water.

Ample irrigation is critical in order to avoid problems in your garden, so determine what system you need to achieve that. The kind of plants that you will grow largely decides the irrigation system you should get. For plants requiring a lot of water, you could consider installing an in-ground system, but this needs to be done before you plant anything. For anyone who is going to be away, this sort of system is great because it will address watering your plants. It only requires some care in planning to create an energy-efficient garden. Developing a slope plan could be the way to solve any problems you forsee with meeting your garden’s water needs during summer. Place your shorter plants within the shade of the taller ones, because that way their requirement for water will be reduced.

By utilizing these straightforward tips you could shock your neighbours and become the person they consult about their gardens. You’ll be able to become an expert gardener by mastering the success recommendations. Discover Trellis.
